What makes your clothing sensory-friendly?
Our clothing is made with soft fabrics, and tagless designs whenever possible. We focus on comfort first, without sacrificing fantasy-inspired style.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our items, like scrunchies, bookmarks, and stickers, are handmade or hand-finished in-house. For clothing and some accessories, we work with trusted manufacturers and add our own designs.
Are your stickers waterproof?
It depends on the type:
- Matte (paper) → not waterproof.
- Glitter → not waterproof.
- Holographic → water-resistant (light moisture okay, but not dishwasher safe).
How do I care for my hoodie or shirt?
Wash on gentle cycle in cold water, inside out. Air dry or tumble dry low. Avoid harsh detergents and ironing directly on the design.
How should I care for scrunchies?
Hand wash or machine wash in a laundry bag. Air dry for best results.
How do I take care of bookmarks and notebooks?
Keep away from water and store flat. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth if needed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing usually takes 3–8 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and method chosen at checkout
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship worldwide! Shipping rates and times are shown at checkout.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most unused, unopened items. Clothing must be unworn and in original condition. Mystery Messups and custom items are final sale.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! If your size is in stock, we’ll gladly process an exchange. Please reach out to us first before returning your item.
Where did the name “Oridian Creations” come from?
Oridian represents a blend of originality, fantasy, and creativity — a world of comfort and magic combined. The name Oridian comes from a world in Eclipse's upcoming debut novel.
Do you take custom requests?
